All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Standard delivery within South Africa typically takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, high order volumes or circumstances beyond our control. We will always do our best to ensure your order arrives on time.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure that your shipping information is correct at checkout. Intentional Parenting SA is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect addresses.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
